Return Policy:
Please inspect your order while the courier is present. Customers must check the item (model, size, color, and condition) before the courier leaves.Once the courier leaves, returns or refunds are NOT accepted for any reason.

exchange policy:
If there is a size issue or defect discovered after delivery, we offer exchange only. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, still have the label attached. Customers requesting an exchange must complete the exchange form within 48 hours of receiving the order. Shipping fees for exchanges are paid by the customer.
